PUREGAS CARBONICS (INDIA) PROJECTS & ENGG (PCIPE)

CO2 PRODUCTION PLANTS (CBU):

The CO2 Production plant (CBU) is based on the combustion of various fuel oils, natural gas coal or wood. The safe and reliable operation of the PUREGAS CARBONICS (INDIA) PROJECTS & ENGG (PCIPE) CO2 production plant is ensured through well proven design of equipment, correct choice of material as well as the use of PLC for process control.

Most of the piping is prefabricated prior to shipment. This preparatory work helps to reduce both installation and commissioning time at site.

The plant is always thoroughly tried and tested in our workshop prior to shipment and are supplied a complete installation, maintenance, and operation manual.

CO2 STACK GAS RECOVERY (EBU):

PUREGAS CARBONICS (INDIA) PROJECTS & ENGG (PCIPE) CO2 stack gas recovery technology turns your vent flue gas into a usable and profitable source of CO2. CO2 gas won by a CO2 Stack Gas Recovery System is a by-product of flue gas production from boilers as well as from other flue gas sources offering an economic CO2 source to any CO2 consumer or reseller.

CO2 RECOVERY PLANTS (RBU):

The CO2 Recovery plant (RBU) is based on recovery from CO2- rich sources, it can be recovered from fermenting process as well as from a number of chemical processes.

The safe and reliable operation of the PUREGAS CARBONICS (INDIA) PROJECTS & ENGG (PCIPE) CO2 Recovery plant is ensured through well proven design of equipment, correct choice of material as well as the use of PLC for process control.

Most of the piping is prefabricated prior to shipment. This preparatory work helps to reduce both installation and commissioning time at site.

PUREGAS CARBONICS (INDIA) PROJECTS & ENGG (PCIPE) CO2 Recovery plant meet the strictest requirements to CO2 product quality, regardless of whether the CO2 raw gas originate from fermentation or a chemical process.

The plant is always thoroughly tried and tested in our workshop prior to shipment and are supplied a complete installation, maintenance, and operation manual.

CO2 DRY ICE PRESS & CO2 RECOVERY FROM DRY ICE PRESS (DBU):

Dry ice is CO2 in solid form with a temperature of -78.0 °C at atmospheric pressure. A dry and clean alternative to conventional water ice cooling.

Dry ice has a high reserve of cooling capacity, which makes it a reliable and most economic cooling media for refrigerated and frozen transport. The catering, pharmaceutical and chemical industries frequently make use of dry ice.

CO2 RECOVERY FROM DRY ICE PRESS:

The CO2 Dry ice-based unit (DBU) is a CO2 plant suitable for recovery of CO2 flash gas developed during the production of dry ice. Approximately 53 to 57.0% of the liquid CO2 used in the production of dry ice is converted to gas during expansion process.

By installing a DBU plant with a dry ice press, enhanced economical operating conditions can be obtained.

CO2 PLANTS ACCESSORIES

CO2 PURIFICATION SYSTEMS:

PUREGAS CARBONICS (INDIA) PROJECTS & ENGG (PCIPE) successfully implemented CO2 Purification Systems in its CO2 plants.

These increases:

The implementation of a purification system will enable the same CO2 recovery plant to recover larger quantities of CO2.

S.NO. RAW GAS PURITY (%CO2) PURGE GAS FLOW (% OF TOTAL FLOW)
1. 99.5% 3 TO 4%
2. 98.0% 9 TO 11%
3. 97% 12 TO 15%
4. 96% 18 TO 20%
5. 95% 22 TO 25%

CO2 EVAPORATORS AMBIENT HEATED:

PUREGAS CARBONICS (INDIA) PROJECTS & ENGG (PCIPE) range of ambient heated CO2 evaporators has been developed to allow low grade heat sources to be used to evaporate liquid CO2 from bulk storage vessels.

Ambient air is a valuable heating source. The actual capacity of the CO2 evaporator depends on the ambient temperature at hand.

Saving on electricity or steam generating cost can often justify the installation of an ambient heated evaporator and at the same cool air will be released and can be used for other purposes.
